"Open in your mail app" uses a mailto: link, which asks Windows to launch your default mail program. If a blank page appears or nothing happens, this device has no mail app set up — copy the address instead and write to us from any mail service (Gmail, Outlook, anything).
We're a small team and we read every message ourselves. Most replies land within a day or two — billing and refund requests usually faster.

All of these reach the same team — support@ is always a safe choice — but a matching subject line gets sorted faster:

Report a bug
The fastest route is the built-in reporter: open PULSE → Settings → Report a Bug. It attaches your app and Windows version so we can reproduce the issue.
No PULSE installed, or it won't start? Tell us in Discord or by email — include what you did and what happened.
