Yes. Every overclock value is clamped to the limits reported by NvAPI (NVIDIA) or ADL/ADLX (AMD), so you can't push beyond what the driver permits. PULSE enforces a 90 °C emergency cutoff, requires a 20% minimum fan speed, and rolls back clocks immediately if a power-limit write fails. All offsets are volatile — a reboot or driver crash resets them. Three-tier presets (Safe / Balanced / Max) for non-experts; advanced mode for tuners.
